SlightlyCubic is a musical project run by Jayd Mondesire (Jayd Guerrero) with the sole intention of telling stories through music. Most of the time, Jayd's songs are a combination of electronic and rock music with a bit of theatre thrown in there, somehow. Starting in 2022, SlightlyCubic has become more and more experimental throughout their career, going from simple electronic nerdcore songs to emotional, cryptic and grand arrangements with characters the fanbase truly cares about. In live performances, Jayd plays a wide variety of characters, sometimes even finding ways to incorporate the concerts into the lore of the music. Jayd is an indepdendant artist, and intends to stay one for as long as his career lasts, coinsiding with the reason he started making music in the first place: freedom. 

Jayd uses any pronouns and identifies as nonbinary, though often leaning towards a more feminine identity.
